On June 10, 2009, a Manchester police cruiser sped through an intersection causing a collision with a van carrying six passengers. One of those passengers retained RisCassi & Davis attorney John J. Houlihan Jr. to pursue the case. Attorney Houlihan has recently filed suit on the man's behalf. The suit, which was filed in Hartford Superior Court, seeks compensation for severe head, spine, ribcage, spleen and chest injuries.
