RisCassi & Davis attorney John J. Houlihan Jr. has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a seven year old girl from Canton who was struck by a car while crossing the street with her father. The driver of the car fled the scene but was later arrested by local authorities. The girl suffered numerous fractures and internal injuries.The lawsuit seeks compensation for her injuries.
