RisCassi & Davis Files Lawsuit Against Nestlé USA Inc. for E. coli Contaminated Cookie Dough
RisCassi & Davis attorney Andrews S. Groher has filed suit on behalf of a Connecticut woman who ingested Nestlé cookie dough containing E. coli bacteria. The woman became seriously ill and was hospitalized on two occasions. The cookie dough, which was subsequently recalled, has been linked to infections in as many as 66 people in 28 states according to the New York Times (www.nytimes.com/2009/06/20/health/policy/20cookie.html).
